Others have said they don’t warranty their products. i Will stand here and say i ordered tracks almost year ago . (5/1/19) Just last week i found that something was wrong i sent email at like 9 pm CT and 4 AM the next morning had a reply asking to send pictures of track serial number and where damage was. i hours later i finally got track off and sent pictures, they requested more pictures of damage area to see what went wrong. I reinstalled and showed what was wrong. 20 Min later. Said OK no worries new track is on way ,( Just needed to cover shipping) Really no worries i cover the shipping if you want to stand behind your products , have no problem helping cover the cost to get item to me. since they are covering the cost of manufacturing. ( Only problem now is on side looks great and other side is warn down ) Have to say one of the easiest experiences with company ever. Thanks again
