What is a typical lead time?

Generally speaking, 2-3 weeks after completion of purchase order.

What’s the first step to getting a quote?

Add the product/products you are interest into your quote then complete the Request a quote form online.

Do you offer cattle/cow scratcher brooms?

See our Tube Brooms, add to quote and complete form so that we can get you a price on any of these products.

Do you ship internationally?

We have in the past. For a quote please select the desired parts of interest and complete the Request a quote form online.

Are there additional manufacturers you offer that aren’t listed onsite?

Yes, please complete this form and tell us what you are looking for specifically.

Where are your suppliers located?

Most are here in the USA, we do have some offshore suppliers. If you are concerned about lead times, we can include an estimate in quote. A quoted lead time will be subject to change depending on the timeframe in which the purchase order is submitted.

Who provides your freight shipping?

We use several freight companies and are happy with our providers.

Is your shipping insured?

We use a broker; most shipments have a minimum insurance. If a higher amount of insurance coverage is required, we can adjust for that with a premium increase.

Do you offer a full catalogs or brochures that can be mailed?

We do not mail catalogs or brochures as most can be found online. We are happy to help you find the information you need from any of the manufacturers we carry.

Are there any special terms/conditions for delivery?

If commercial no but residential is a case-by-case basis. Please select the parts you are interested in and complete the Request a quote form online. Mention in the “Message” section if you plan on having parts delivered to a residential address. This will help us determine if any special conditions are needed.

Do you offer any plows or ploughing machines?

We have a vendor who specializes in AG parts.

Do you suggest anti-wear coating?

Try wear-resistance as there are options to help retard wear.

Should Kwik-Lok liners be installed vertically or horizontally?

Either way, just make sure the material flows on the parts to keep them tight.

What are Ground Engaging Tools (GET)?

These are parts that wear out and replaced instead of welding up each time.

What Does Ground Engaging Mean?

The use of heavy equipment that come in contact with various ground materials to perform digging, lifting and grading.
